YOUR ROLE

Overseeing Adhesives Technologies sales operations by taking responsibility for the Paper Solutions, Tapes & Labels segments within the Packaging Adhesives strategic business unit.
Maximizing strategic targets, developing new business opportunities and ensuring further grow of the business with value selling approach within the responsible area
Coordinating existing sales activities for his/her customer portfolio
Traveling around Turkey to participate customer meetings and trials in case of business necessities
Responsible from managing the relation and commercially/technically development of the distributors within his/her responsible area
Conducting market analysis to understand market trends & dynamics
Close communication with global team to lead management of global key accounts and new product development projects under his/her responsibility.

YOUR SKILLS

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related engineering fields.
3 to 5 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably within the Adhesives technology
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels.
Excellent oral and written English communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with all levels of management.
Team-oriented, eager to learn, and adaptable to managing various business-related challenges.
Possesses a valid driver's license and is flexible with travel requirements.
