What you’ll do

• Manage the performance of the managed dealer(s) aligned with Vodafone Strategies
• Set the sales strategies within the assigned territory in line with company sales and overall strategies
• Manage and coach the sales team of 12 people the dealer, make pipeline management, make joint customer visits with the sales team
• Work with HR and Frontline teams to develop and empower his/her team; be responsible for recruiting, training, evaluating and supervising the managers and maintaining appropriate staffing levels to achieve the goals
• Work in cooperation with Solution Sales Team, Pricing, Product, Marketing teams and all the other relevant parties to boost performance
• Create other partners in the responsible region
• Ensure that the dealer and sales teams work aligned with Vodafone rules and standards
• Be responsible for ensuring the executives and their respective sales markets meet and exceed all sales, operational and performance objectives by providing training, development and coaching
• Ensure that the assigned sectors and customers are fully utilized in terms of Vodafone products and services (i.e. mobile, fixed and B&C solutions)
• Ensures sales teams are motivated and that accounts and opportunities are allocated to maximize revenue growth
• Ensures diversity and attrition targets within sales teams are met
• Guarantees team’s compliance with Sales methods & tools (i.e. SFDC quality) to ensure alignment with other teams and functions

Who you are

• University degree
• Experience in Telecommunication sector and sales (especially in the field of Fixed, Cloud and Io T solutions)
• 8 years+ experience in sales management
• Ability to think strategically and drive transformational sales programmes for the team
• Good negotiation skills and team management skills
• Very good written and verbal communication skills both in English
• Able to deal with a rapidly changing environment and able to lead change where necessary
• Capable of working for projects in a matrix-organisation
