IF YOU ARE

• A professional with 4+ years experience in multidisciplinary marketing with a clear understanding of online and offline channels
• An expert in marketing campaign planning and execution
• Capable of analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns and continuously exploring the possibilities of engaging employees
• Experienced in developing customer-facing communications and messaging to meet marketing objectives
• A specialist with an understanding of driving corporate events and coordinating global teams
• A strategic thinker with a concept of brand book requirements and market trends
• Proficient in setting clear tasks and running briefings for designers, copywriters, etc.
• A determined decision-maker with a proven ability to lead, influence, and align teams
• A team player with a high personal motivation supporting a strong work ethic, flexibility, and creativity
• Aware of multicultural inclusion and diversity mindset
• Capable of communicating in English freely in a multicultural environment

AND YOU WANT TO

• Collaborate with business leaders to identify the core business goals and act on them
• Conduct market research to gain insight into the target audience
• Develop a marketing strategy that connects the company's values and goals with the needs and interests of the target audience
• Develop corporate events by gaining a deep understanding of employees’ preferences, identifying and filling gaps, generating new ideas, and improving the overall employees’ experience
• Manage the different complex projects and work closely with the global HR Marketing Team
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Creative, PR, Mar Tech, and Client Marketing departments on channels, content, and effective campaign creation
• Monitor marketing campaign successes and adjust marketing strategy as needed to better meet target audience expectations
• Analyze company key performance indicators to identify strengths and areas for improvement regarding marketing strategy
