What you bring along:

• 5+ years of experience in the HR field;
• Strong understanding of performance management, succession planning, and compensation strategies;
• Familiarity with HR methodologies and best practices;
• Experience in managing complex employee relations issues, such as performance problems, bullying, harassment, and resignations;
• Proficiency in HR analytics and data-driven decision-making;
• Ability to align HR initiatives with business goals and objectives;
• Proven track record of providing insightful and innovative HR solutions to drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong influencing and negotiation skills to navigate through complex people issues and resolve conflicts;
• Ability to lead and manage cross-functional HR projects and initiatives;
• Strong analytical skills to collect, analyze, and interpret HR data and metrics;
• Proactive problem-solving skills;
• Experience in guiding and supporting organizational change initiatives;
• Ability to facilitate change, adapt to shifting priorities, and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• English – Upper-intermediate or higher.

Nice to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, HR Management or Psychology;
• HR courses or any relevant HR certifications.

This is your mission:

• Support managers and senior staff;
• Set up people management processes including developing and implementing processes for onboarding, performance management, and compensation;
• Manage and resolve complex people issues, such as employee relations problems, performance issues, bullying, and harassment;
• Provide HR methodology sharing best practices and insights on a variety of HR topics;
• Advise on performance management process including helping managers to develop and implement effective performance management systems;
• Guide restructurings, change management, and succession planning helping managers plan and implement organizational changes
• Prepare HR analytics including collecting and analyzing data on a variety of HR topics, such as employee satisfaction, turnover, and productivity;
• Manage absence (vacation, sick leave, maternity leave, military, sabbatical, etc.) and provide relevant advice/policy;
• Make necessary updates to internal HR Operational Services documentation and company Knowledge Base;
• Detect, investigate, and moderate disputes, helping resolve employee conflicts and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
• Manage and resolve complex people issues during voluntary and involuntary resignation.
