Avenga is looking for a skilled HR Business Partner to join our team. As an HR Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders and departments, providing proactive HR support and consultation. You will collaborate with leadership to align human resources strategies with business goals and drive talent management initiatives, employee development, and organizational effectiveness.

What you bring along:
- 5+ years of experience in the HR field;
- Strong understanding of performance management, succession planning, and compensation strategies;
- Familiarity with HR methodologies and best practices;
- Experience in managing complex employee relations issues, such as performance problems, bullying, harassment, and resignations;
- Proficiency in HR analytics and data-driven decision-making;
- Ability to align HR initiatives with business goals and objectives;
- Proven track record of providing insightful and innovative HR solutions to drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong influencing and negotiation skills to navigate through complex people issues and resolve conflicts;
- Ability to lead and manage cross-functional HR projects and initiatives;
- Strong analytical skills to collect, analyze, and interpret HR data and metrics;
- Proactive problem-solving skills;
- Experience in guiding and supporting organizational change initiatives;
- Ability to facilitate change, adapt to shifting priorities, and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- English – Upper-intermediate or higher.
Nice to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, HR Management or Psychology;
- HR courses or any relevant HR certifications.
This is your mission:
- Support managers and senior staff;
- Set up people management processes including developing and implementing processes for onboarding, performance management, and compensation;
- Manage and resolve complex people issues, such as employee relations problems, performance issues, bullying, and harassment;
- Provide HR methodology sharing best practices and insights on a variety of HR topics;
- Advise on performance management process including helping managers to develop and implement effective performance management systems;
- Guide restructurings, change management, and succession planning helping managers plan and implement organizational changes
- Prepare HR analytics including collecting and analyzing data on a variety of HR topics, such as employee satisfaction, turnover, and productivity;
- Manage absence (vacation, sick leave, maternity leave, military, sabbatical, etc.) and provide relevant advice/policy;
- Make necessary updates to internal HR Operational Services documentation and company Knowledge Base;
- Detect, investigate, and moderate disputes, helping resolve employee conflicts and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
- Manage and resolve complex people issues during voluntary and involuntary resignation.
