HR Operations Specialist

We seek an HR Operations Specialist who plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective administration of HR services and processes. This role supports day-to-day HR operations, including employee data management, HR systems, payroll, compliance, and benefits administration. The HR Operations Specialist works closely with the HR team to provide excellent employee service and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Work location - hybrid from Ukraine
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role from a global tech company
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Google Workspace
- Understanding of HR processes, payroll, and benefits administration
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Ukrainian
- Experience with HR system implementations and upgrades - an advantage
- Project management experience - an advantage
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations – an advantage

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Manage employee Onboarding and Offboarding processes, including documentation and orientation
- Prepare and distribute employment contracts, letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Oversee the HRIS (Bamboo HR) and ensure data integrity.
- Generate and analyze HR reports, including headcount, turnover, and other key HR metrics.
- Support the implementation and optimization of HR systems and tools.
- Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Handle employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and other HR matters.
- Participate in HR projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and employee experience.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions.
- Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives and changes.
