Lead Generation Manager

- Design, and execute consistent Campaign Management process structure, work in close alignment with other departments within Intellias: Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations.
- Develop and execute lead generation campaigns that support business objectives, including the creation of targeted lists, email, phone, and social media outreach.
- Consistently analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in lead-generation campaigns.
- Manage budget for lead generation tools.
- Train and manage a team of lead generation specialists and researchers.
- Monitor and report on the progress of lead-generation campaigns.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues with lead generation campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure planning and execution consistency.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in marketing & sales or lead generation.
- 1+ years in people management roles.
- Proven track record of successful lead-generation campaigns.
- Proficiency in using Linked In Sales Navigator.
- Proficiency in using lead generation tools and software. Understanding various tools used for Research, Outreach, Sales Cycle principles and Data Flows.
- Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.
- Strong project management skills – planning and execution of the initiative, setting up consistent reporting, KPIs for the team to drive results.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficient English level (C1).
- Experience in complex sales processes with cross-department cooperation.
- Any other foreign language (especially Spanish/French/Polish/German).
- Critical Business Function: Lead generation is a fundamental aspect of the sales and marketing process. Professionals in this field play a crucial role in contributing directly to a company’s revenue generation.
