About the Role:
What You’ll Do in Your New Role:Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication, to ensure timely, cost-effective project delivery. Align with IOM's goals for data quality, security, and functionality. Lead team coordination and provide status updates to stakeholders. Manage risks, resources, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years in program management, ideally in biometric or data verification projects, with experience in humanitarian or migration-focused programs
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• PMP, Pg MP, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM); Agile or ITIL certifications preferred. Familiarity with data management standards (e.g., NIST 800-53) and international compliance
