Culmen International is seeking a Program Manager to work in Kyiv, Ukraine.
The United Nations (UN) International Organization for Migration (IOM) has a need for the development of software dedicated to the deduplication and verification of data within the Unified Information and Analytical System for Migration Processes (UIAS MMP) Management of the State Migration Service of Ukraine (SMS) to address the critical need for accurate and streamlined migration data. By developing advanced software for deduplication and verification, the IOM aims to enhance the quality and reliability of the migration data managed by the SMS, ensuring that it is both accurate and up-to-date.
What You’ll Do in Your New Role:Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication, to ensure timely, cost-effective project delivery. Align with IOM's goals for data quality, security, and functionality. Lead team coordination and provide status updates to stakeholders. Manage risks, resources, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years in program management, ideally in biometric or data verification projects, with experience in humanitarian or migration-focused programs
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- PMP, Pg MP, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM); Agile or ITIL certifications preferred. Familiarity with data management standards (e.g., NIST 800-53) and international compliance
