Russian speaking Sales Executive (Building Materials)

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with companies and business entities through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to generate business leads.
- Identify and establish new business relationships, leveraging existing industry knowledge.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients, focusing on relationship-building and client satisfaction.
- Promote Amin Tejarat’s diverse range of construction materials to the Russian-speaking market.
- Use CRM tools (e.g., Google Sheets) to manage and track client interactions and sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and client follow-ups.
- Proficient in Russian (both spoken and written).
- Solid understanding of sales strategies and business development, especially in B2B environments.
- Familiarity with the construction materials industry is highly desirable.
- Experience with the Russian-speaking market, particularly in engaging clients in Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, or similar regions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, managing time and client interactions effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and spreadsheets for tracking leads and performance.

Pay: From 8,000.00грн per month
Experience:
- Construction Industry: 3 years (Preferred)
