We are a distributed Soft Serve team, collaborating with a US-based customer. We build smart shopping carts powered by deep learning and computer vision to enable a seamless grab-and-go retail experience. Retailers purchase intelligent shopping carts and the entire store is upgraded with cashier-less capabilities! Our cross-functional and durable product team solves hard customer and business problems in ways our customers love.

IF YOU ARE

• Experienced with at least 6+ years in commercial development using Java, Kotlin, and React (60% to 40%)
• Skilled in working with AWS
• Familiar with Postgres
• Knowledgeable in-depth about Mongo DB
• Collaborative and effective as a team player, influencing cross-functional teams
• Used to working with minimal supervision
• Fluent in verbal and written English communication at an intermediate level

AND YOU WANT TO

• Coordinate and drive the end-to-end software development cycle
• Contribute to team performance best practices
• Play a key role in ensuring code quality, performance, and adherence to coding standards
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design and propose best-in-class business and technical solutions
• Utilize Jira for task management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, data scientists, and other engineers
• Work from 12:00 to 21:00 Kyiv time
