IF YOU ARE

• Having at least 4 years of relevant work experience
• Showing expertise with Java Script, React, HTML, and CSS ideally in fast-paced environments
• Developing well-structured, performant components to be leveraged in scalable web applications
• Strong in CI/CD pipelines
• Proficient in modern Java Script design patterns
• Skilled with Node.js
• Holding prior experience working on design systems and component libraries
• Self-led, capable of working with little direction
• A skilled communicator with a collaborative spirit
• Capable of iterating and shipping ideas quickly, with loose direction
• Able to communicate in English freely in a multicultural environment
• Experienced in Remix, Radix, and other UX component libraries (a huge plus)

AND YOU WANT TO

• Collaborate with Engineers, Product Managers, and Designers across the organization to understand and tackle technical challenges
• Write clean, well-tested, and efficient code
• Share your technical expertise during architectural design discussions and hands-on mentorship
• Play a critical role in implementing a design system and component library for the Client
• Contribute to team performance best practices
