We’re looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging top talent, building pipelines, and working closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists to support hiring goals. Ideal candidates have strong research skills, a passion for networking, and a deep understanding of sourcing strategies across various platforms

Does this relate to you?

• 2+ years of proven experience in talent sourcing
• Proficient in using sourcing tools and platforms such as Linked In Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS systems
• English – Intermediate+ both written and verbal
• Familiarity with various job boards (for Ukrainian and European markets)
• Familiarity with AI-powered sourcing tools
• Basic knowledge of design tools like Figma or similar software, specifically for creating and editing corporate CVs and professional documents
• Ability to research and analyze current market rates across various roles and regions
• Experience in developing and managing talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Understanding of hiring trends, job market conditions, and industry best practices for talent sourcing
• Ability to work closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists and HR teams to understand hiring needs and align sourcing strategies

A new team member will be in charge of:

• Conducting research to identify potential candidates
• Sourcing candidates through various channels and platforms
• Working with ATS system and building recruitment pipelines
• Posting and updating job openings on the corporate website
• Updating and maintaining a database of market rates
• Creating candidate CVs in the corporate format and maintaining internal corporate CVs database
• Initial handling of candidate referrals
• Monitoring and processing responses from the corporate email
