Team Lead iOS Engineer (SwiftUI/Kotlin, Ukraine)

- Lead the design and implementation of complex mobile architectures for i OS and Android applications.
- Deep dive into business requirements and translate them into technical roadmaps aligned with long-term strategic goals.
- Select and implement the most appropriate technologies, frameworks, and libraries for efficient mobile development (including Swift and Kotlin).
- Establish and maintain coding standards and best practices to ensure code quality, maintainability, and consistency across the mobile development team.
- Collaborate closely with mobile developers, designers, and product managers throughout the development lifecycle.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to optimize mobile development processes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the mobile development landscape.
- Mentor and coach junior mobile developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Experience in communication with other devices with Bluetooth technologies (experience with medical device integration will be value addition)
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and performant mobile architectures for i OS and Android platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of Swift and Kotlin programming languages.
- Experience with various mobile development frameworks and tools (e.g., Swift UI, Jetpack Compose).
- Strong understanding of mobile security best practices and threat models.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise language for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with cross-platform mobile development frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter).
- Experience with Azure cloud platform for mobile backend development.
- Experience leading and mentoring mobile development teams.
- Experience working in Agile SCRUM methodology and knowlege of SAFe principles
