Tell compelling stories with data. You’ll present research findings to stakeholders, translating complex data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations.

Measure your impact. You’ll define and track KPIs that demonstrate the value of research, showcasing how your work drives product and business success.
Requirements
-
Minimum of 8 years of experience in UX research, preferably in a senior role
-
Proven experience in leading and managing complex research projects
-
Strong mentoring skills
-
Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills, with experience working in a global team environment
-
Hands-on experience with various research methodologies, including qualitative approaches (in-depth interviews, ethnographic studies, usability testing, diary studies, contextual inquiries, focus groups) and quantitative approaches (surveys and questionnaires, A/B testing, analytics and data mining, longitudinal studies, experimental and quasi-experimental designs, statistical modelling)

Advanced skills in quantitative analysis and data visualisation tools (e.g., SPSS, R, Tableau)

Experience with Big Query and thorough knowledge of SQL

Familiarity with UX research tools (e.g., User Testing, Lyssna, Hotjar)

Strategic and analytical thinking
-
Ability to focus on details while considering the wider strategic context
-
Strategic thinker with a strong ability to translate research findings into actionable business insights
-
Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, with the ability to influence and present the value of research to stakeholders at all levels
-
Understanding of and experience with audience-based communication
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Good to have:

Proficiency in languages other than English (e.g. Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, French, Spanish, or Portuguese)

Expertise in accessibility standards and inclusive design principles

Background in psychology, anthropology, or a related field

Experience within the FX, Crypto, Trading, or Banking industry, with a solid understanding of industry-specific challenges and user needs

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities

High emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships
