Administration Assistant

We are seeking an enthusiastic candidate to join one of our specialist recoveries teams and provide administrative assistance to support the progression of cases on behalf of our corporate clients.
The successful applicant will have great organisational skills, a strong work ethic, and be a true team player.
Key Responsibilities
The role will involve assisting in the administration and management of a caseload including duties such as:
  • Updating information on our case management and client systems
  • Processing payments that are received in accordance with agreed procedures
  • Handing telephone calls to and from third parties
  • Preparing documents from templates and guides
  • Dealing with incoming emails and correspondence
  • To monitor diary dates and ensure that deadlines are met.
  • General administrative tasks as requested e.g. photocopying, filing etc.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • Excellent listening, verbal & written communication skills
  • Flexible in the face of changing workloads and priorities
  • Ability to plan and prioritise workloads
  • Strong IT skills including MS Office
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Organised and able to work effectively under within a process driven environment
  • Effectively work within a team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £23,000.00 per year
