An exciting opportunity has become available for an administrator to join our Admin Support Team on a permanent basis in the Deposit Protection Service function. The DPS is the division within Computershare responsible for administering 4 Tenancy Deposit Protection Schemes across the United Kingdom. These schemes have been created to securely protect tenants’ deposits within a Government approved scheme in line with legislation for the duration of a tenancy.
The role is responsible for undertaking the administrative duties that sit within the Admin Support Team, as well as supporting TSG with work relating to Statutory Declaration tasks and also assisting with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) where required.
This role will give the successful candidate ample opportunity to utilise their organisational skills and broaden your attention to detail experience. As well as processing correspondence, the Administrator will be required to review, analyse and process reports. Through supporting the Business/ Admin Support Management Team in handling delegated tasks, workloads and projects!

A role you will love

The day to day of this role will involve dealing with tasks such as, the processing of Statutory Declaration forms and data files, dealing with the release of payments, investigating and dealing with both internal and external enquiries.
Other responsibilities will include the following:
  • Issuance of Client Due Diligence documentation and Dispute Amount Confirmation forms
  • Classifying incoming emails into the correct workflow transactional queues;
  • Dealing with the releasing of payments, which may include both the keying and authorising of payments
  • Assist with the testing of ongoing internal functionality development, to ensure continued efficiencies are delivered
  • Achieving service levels and individual productivity and Quality Assurance metrics
  • Supporting the goals of the wider Business/ Admin Support Team by providing assistance where required
  • Ensure accuracy of all transactions to enable smooth function of the Admin Support Team and other team processes
  • Ensure customer focus, quality and regulatory compliance is at the heart of all activities and processes to encourage customer retention
