The right candidate:
We are looking to give a proactive, adaptable, and passionate individual the opportunity to play a key role in the Future Fit For Business team within the Future Fit Group. You will be able to multitask, manage and prioritise workload, have excellent attention to detail and display good interpersonal skills.
Role and Responsibilities:
The overall function of this position is to provide high level administrative support to the Future Fit For Business team and assist in the onboarding and implementation of customer solutions. You are to provide a high level of quality customer service to new and existing customers and support the Team where required.
Duties:
  • Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
  • Work alongside your manager to design policies that align with the overall strategy.
  • Implement efficient processes and standards.
  • Oversee the implementation of technology solutions throughout the organisation.
  • Report on operational performance and suggest improvements.
  • Perform quality controls and monitor KPIs.
  • Develop trusted, long-term relationships by maintaining ongoing communication and fostering relationships to provide support and a high level of customer service
  • Maintain regular contact with customers, proactively making them aware of the full scope of our product mix and ensuring clients receive requested information on products, services, and requests promptly
  • Liaise with the Learner Services department regarding complaints and report back to your team on the progress of these. Monitor and report on trends and support in solutions to mitigate the risk of them recurring
  • Oversee, enhance, and develop partnerships that Future Fit for Business has with its customers after the point of sale and are assigned to you to oversee.
  • Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
  • Support in set up, and administration, of Future Fit’s learning management system (Future Fit Flex) for customers, as directed
  • Support the implementation and provide ongoing support of the learning platform for new and existing customers and ensure planned launch dates are adhered to
  • Support the sales process with demos of the LMS platform
  • Configure customer-specific reporting and analysis based on learning engagement and completion data
  • Monitor, respond and resolve incoming technical queries from end-users, prioritising or raising issues to ensure a fast and positive outcome for our learners and customers
  • Generate training uptake data for each customer year on year (for example, CPD, hours and courses) as required
  • Monitor and manage support email boxes and communication channels, responding to enquiries in a timely manner and assigning queries to the appropriate technical expert where required
  • Update the company CRM with details of any customer contact and upload any reports and documents shared with the customer, as well as maintaining accurate learner records / notes.
  • Report to clients and external bodies (ad hoc providing an update on learners)
  • Liaising with learners - including general questions / pre-requisites for courses / next steps in learner journey
  • Supporting the Future Fit Training team as required with any queries
  • Oversee customer invoicing, adding purchase orders where provided by the customer and liaising with the Finance team as required.
  • Monitor the Future Fit For Business phone lines as the first point of contact for incoming calls and respond to any voicemail messages left.
  • To support the Business Development Manager with arranging meetings/events and overseeing his diary and actioning any requests sent through whilst he is travelling.
Additional Information:
  • Fulltime and part time considered
  • Home based, expected to travel once per month to the Head Office.
  • Salary: TBC
  • Industry experience desirable but not essential.
As the Administrative Assistant, you will be working as a Team Member for Future Fit For Business. Reporting to the Technical Solutions Manager.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:

Desired Qualifications and Skills:
· Experience in a customer service role
· GCSE (or equivalent) English and Maths
