Air Conditioning Technician
Air Conditioning Technician or A/C Engineer or HVAC Engineer.
The Job:
Mobile role around areas of Zone 1 & 2 on a range of contracts.
VAN & FUEL CARD PROVIDED
A diverse position involving maintaining the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule, swiftly responding to reactive maintenance across sites, working on various mechanical bias plant, equipment, and systems, in particular A/C maintenance.
Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday.
• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

The duties:

• Carry out PPMs on both Air Conditioning and Mechanical plant, equipment and assets, in particular, AC maintenance.
• Company Van Provided.
• Service, maintenance and repairs to split units, VRV and crack units.
• Assist with any reasonable other requests from the client and site manager.
• Respond timely to any reactive maintenance requests.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including PPM tasks, repairs, and equipment history.
• Be a part of call-out Rota - £100.
• Utilise diagnostic tools and techniques to identify the root cause of malfunctions in both mechanical systems.
• Conduct risk assessments before undertaking maintenance tasks and implement necessary safety measures

Qualifications and experience:

• Level 3 or 2 City & Guilds/NVQ/equivalent - Essential.
• 3-5 years Facilities Maintenance experience – Essential.
• Strong Multiskilled (HVAC/Air Conditioning/VRV) knowledge, background and experience – Essential.
• F-Gas - Essential.
• Air Con maintenance experience - Essential.
• Basic Electrical knowledge and understanding.
