Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities
This is a maternity cover role on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. As an Assessment Administrator your role will:
Provide administrative support through:
o Administrative checks on candidate eligibility for assessment
o Inputting assessment panels and results into the system
o Undertaking candidate plagiarism checks
o Ensuring pre-assessment centre material is ready
Provide support to external stakeholders with assessment logistics/organisation
Actively record, update and amend information on internal database to ensure accurate data
Ensure confidential and financial information is secure by complying with GDPR
Represent RICS at assessments, as needed; handling queries from assessors and candidates
whilst providing an excellent level of service.
o Administrative checks on candidate eligibility for assessment

About You
A sound understanding and ability to work with Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
Demonstrable experience of accurate and efficient data input
Ability to help and support internal and external stakeholders with requests and queries, provided an excellent level of customer service
Experience of working with quality assurance procedures
Ability to prioritise workloads and adapt to changing priorities to ensure deadlines are met
