Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities
This is a maternity cover role on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. As an Assessment Administrator your role will:
  • Provide administrative support through:

    • o Administrative checks on candidate eligibility for assessment
    o Inputting assessment panels and results into the system
    o Undertaking candidate plagiarism checks
    o Ensuring pre-assessment centre material is ready
  • Provide support to external stakeholders with assessment logistics/organisation

  • Actively record, update and amend information on internal database to ensure accurate data

  • Ensure confidential and financial information is secure by complying with GDPR

  • Represent RICS at assessments, as needed; handling queries from assessors and candidates

    • whilst providing an excellent level of service.

    About You
  • A sound understanding and ability to work with Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)

  • Demonstrable experience of accurate and efficient data input

  • Ability to help and support internal and external stakeholders with requests and queries, provided an excellent level of customer service

  • Experience of working with quality assurance procedures

  • Ability to prioritise workloads and adapt to changing priorities to ensure deadlines are met
