Key Responsibilities:
- Storyboard, answer-plan and write compelling bid responses that effectively address client requirements and highlight Atkins Réalis' strengths.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, contributors, reviewers and the core bid team to gather information and ensure the accuracy and relevance of bid content.
- Edit and proof read bid documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance with client specifications.
- Manage multiple bids simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.
- Maintain a library of bid templates, case studies, and other relevant materials to support the bid writing process.
- Proven experience in writing, preferably within the engineering, construction or consulting industries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- APMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
- Proof reading or copy editing qualification is a plus.
