Our services range from machinery supply and maintenance, chemicals, cleaning products and PAT (portable appliance testing). We are an approved supplier to many local authorities and county councils, as well as various commercial buildings, FM (facilities management) and cleaning companies.

We are now looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team.
The Role:

As a Business Development Executive, you will be an integral part of our sales team, helping to drive growth and expand our market presence. This is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career in business development within a supportive and innovative environment. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
  • Identify and engage with potential clients through networking, cold calling, and social media outreach.
  • Qualify leads and build a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
Sales Presentations and Proposals:
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to develop tailored solutions for clients.
Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels and addressing any concerns.
Brand Promotion:
  • Represent Hooper Services at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
  • Support marketing efforts by contributing to promotional campaigns and social media activities.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Ideally a recent graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field, but not excluding candidates with relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A keen interest in the facilities sector.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Right to Work in UK
