Call Centre/Admin Assistant
Location: Prescot
Hours: Full time - 40 hours or Part time (Can be flexible for the right candidate)
Salary - £11.74 per hour

Previous Admin/Call centre experience is required for this role.
This role includes taking phone calls/admin for three stores Prescot, Ormskirk & Maghull. However you will be based in the new Call centre in Prescot!

• Answering all telephone calls in a prompt, clear and friendly manner
• Transferring calls efficiently
• Responding to customer enquiries
• Ensuring customer details are captured accurately when booking appointments
• Admin duties
