Role Purpose
Cash Management supervisor responsible for managing the team, maintaining KPIs and ensuring cash allocations and priority payments and processed in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be accountable for management of Cash Team
  • Monthly review of KPIs for all processes within the team
  • Key point of contact for UK business for cash queries and escalations
  • Responsible for all aspects of people management – including objective setting and monitoring, resourcing, appraisals, training, performance management, absence management, etc.
  • Efficient in all Cash Management processes to ensure all SLAs are met
  • Ensure all required business deadlines are achieved and efficiencies are implemented where needed

Person Specification/Requirements
  • Proven track record of strong team management skills
  • Experience of working in high volume transactions with a result driven mind-set
  • Confident and assertive where required, good at influencing others
  • Good interpersonal & Communication skills with the ability to quickly form professional relationships with colleagues and clients at all levels of seniority
  • Analytical & problem-solving approach
  • Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks efficiently, being both autonomous & a team player
  • Good IT Skills including Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP’s, pivot tables, formulas)
