Pay
£12.93 an hour – Brand New Rate of Pay!!
Hourly pay is inclusive of rolled up holiday pay (standard rate £11.54)

Shift and Schedule
Core Hours 7am-10pm, 7 days a week
The hours of work to be offered are variable. Work may be offered on an hourly, daily, weekly or other basis. Because you can decline offers of work, you are not required to work on any particular day.
Overnight sleep-ins also required (average of 6 sleep-ins per month – Paid at an additional rate £65 per sleep in)
On Call payments also made at an additional rate of £40 per day.

We are looking for a naturally caring individual who is dedicated to helping young people and children in need to join our team of care superheroes at The Forge in Nuneaton as a Casual Residential Care Worker.

A full UK driving license is also essential.
Requirements:

• Experience in this field is advantageous, however if you are looking for a change or are someone who is patient and caring with a strong level of emotional intelligence and enjoys learning new skills and experiences we would like to offer you the opportunity to join our team of dedicated and enthusiastic staff.
• Full UK driving license with access to own vehicle.
• Aged 21 or over
• Right to work in the UK
• Comfortable with managing behaviours that challenge

We invest in all of our employees and we will provide a full programme of mandatory training for the role as part of an induction and then further bespoke training.
