Children’s Residential Care Worker
Pay
Up to £12.79 per hour – Brand New Rate of Pay!!
With additional payments for sleep-ins (£65) and on call payments (£40)!

Core Hours 7am-10pm
Overnight sleep-ins also required - Paid at an additional rate £65 per sleep in
On Call payments also made at an additional rate of £40 per day.

Requirements:

• Experience in this field is advantageous, however if you are looking for a change or are someone who is patient and caring with a strong level of emotional intelligence and enjoys learning new skills and experiences we would like to offer you the opportunity to join our team of dedicated and enthusiastic staff.
• Full UK driving license with access to own vehicle is desirable.
• Aged 21 or over
• Right to work in the UK
• Flexibility to work long days and sleep ins on a rota basis
• Comfortable with managing behaviours that could challenge
