The Forge is a Therapeutic Community working with children who have experienced trauma in their lives. Based in the Nuneaton area.
Shift and Schedule
Core Hours 7am-10pm 7 days a week cover is required.
Overnight sleep-ins also may be required (Paid at an additional rate £65 per sleep in)
Our homes specialises in working with young people who display Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
Requirements:
· A minimum of 3 years’ experience in children residential care or similar experience is necessary for this role.
· A level 3 in Children and Young Peoples Workforce or equivalent would be essential for this role.
· Full UK driving license
· Aged 18 or over
· Right to work in the UK
· Flexibility to work what is needed to ensure the home is complaint with staffing
· Comfortable with managing behaviours that challenge
