We are seeking dedicated and proactive Client Representatives to join our team. You will utilise your skills in communication and negotiation to provide exceptional customer service and support, contributing to the overall success of the promotional activities we do for our clients.
STP London is working closely with a few companies in the non-profit, telecom sector and food and beverage industries. We are using a relationship-building approach between clients and customers to facilitate the generation of revenue for them. Our future Client Representatives will be in charge of a team whose main aim will be to expose our clients' mission to the public.
Duties for Client Representative role:

• Be an active participant during the time spent at the venues.
• Serve as the main liaison between clients and customers during the promotional event campaigns we organise, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless service delivery and enhance client and customer experiences.

Skills:

• Previous experience in customer services is advantageous, providing a solid understanding of industry practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling you to convey information clearly and effectively.
• Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach.

Pay: From £24,931.00 per year
