The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills as well as fantastic problem-solving.
Responsibilities for the customer representative role:
- Provide exceptional customer service by representing our clients in a professional manner and addressing inquiries.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers during the promotional event campaigns we organise.
- Analyse customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations and provide appropriate solutions.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
