What the day will look like

• Lead the Aon relationship for one of Aon’s largest global captive management appointments and assume responsibility for strategic advice, client service delivery and excellence.
• Identify service requirements and manage the client service team to ensure service meets agreed standards.
• Deal with insurance renewals and underwrite new insurance covers as required.
• Ensure that your clients’ priorities, objectives, and any other requirements have been met.
• Deliver best practice and strategic innovation.
• Support the development and implementation of Aon’s own strategic objectives.
• Actively seek out existing and new growth opportunities.
• Develop a detailed understanding of the Captive insurance industry; and
• Instil a culture of teamwork, effective communications, and professionalism.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• Be a client-focused professional with excellent communication and client leadership skills.
• Be from either the insurance, actuarial, or accounting sectors.
• Be professionally qualified; CII, ACII, or equivalent
• Be willing to travel to the UK, Isle of Man, and, on occasions, internationally to represent Aon in various client meetings.
• Have proven experience in proactively leading client engagements and associated projects; and
• Possess a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
