Active Pathways are currently recruiting for compassionate Clinical Lead Nurse to join The Hamptons based in Bamber Bridge, close to Preston .
This is a fantastic opportunity to work as an integral part of the team ensuring the individuals we support can live as independently as possible. The role is incredibly varied and rewarding, where you will be helping people in your local area to improve their quality of life, achieve their goals and make a positive difference.
As a Clinical Lead Nurse you will be working on The Hamptons, a 14 bedded Locked Rehabilitation Service for adult males. The emphasis of the care at The Hamptons is on inclusion, skills development and consolidation, risk reduction, and relapse prevention. The Hamptons provides a step-down service for men who no longer require a secure or PICU environment and would benefit from a ‘Recovery Model’ approach.

Our ideal Clinical Lead Nurse will:
- Providing specialist clinical knowledge and interventions to the individuals we support
- Developing and implementing clinical processes that contributes towards the continuous improvement of mental health provision across the service
- Providing best practice training, mentorship and guidance to the team
- Managing a caseload of highly complex individuals, working closely with the team, to maintain clinical documentation
- Experience working within a mental health and rehabilitation environment
- Be an experienced clinician with proven skills in working with people who have a range of highly complex mental health needs, demonstrating practice that is evidence-based and innovative
- Be able to demonstrate appreciation of the individuals we support needs and a track record of improving care
- Demonstrate adaptability, excellent communication skills and self-motivation
