Content & Social Media Assistant

An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen to join the incredible team at Blind Tiger Inns as Content & Social Media Assistant.
We’re looking for someone that wants to pursue a career in marketing within the hospitality industry where no one day is the same! We want someone with PEP in their step – personality, enthusiasm and presentation, as these are the core values that run through our business.
In this exciting and varied role, you will be a key part of the marketing team and work closely with the Marketing Assistant to create engaging and bespoke content for all venues within Blind Tiger Inns.
Main responsibilities
- Content creation, scheduling and monitoring engagement for all venues
- Design engaging and on brand assets for online and offline use
- Stay updated on industry trends, what content performs well and implement this into the social media strategy
- Create paid campaigns that build engagement, followers and return on investment
- Maintain digital screens within venues through video content
The perfect candidate
- Oozes enthusiasm, has a big personality and a passion for working hard
- Is creative with experience in design and editing
- Has experience working on a variety of social media platforms
- Excels working towards deadlines in a fast-paced and reactive environment
- Demonstrates strong copywriting skills with impeccable attention to detail
- Can work independently as well as within a team
- Can communicate well with a wide range of ages, abilities and personalities

Key information
- £25,000 per annum + bonus
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- Permanent 37.5 hours per week
- Work location: In person at our head office in Euxton, Lancashire
- Closing date: Monday 25th November
- 1st stage interviews 27/28th November
- Planned start date: 6th January
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £25,000.00 per year
