Customer Assistant
As a Customer Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, helping them with purchases, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. You’ll be a key part of creating a positive customer experience by being approachable, knowledgeable, and solution-oriented.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer questions, concerns, and needs in a timely manner.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, returns, and exchanges both in-store (or online, depending on the role).
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and complaints with patience and professionalism.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of company products, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service across all channels.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or a retail environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
