We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in providing exceptional service to our clients in the services sector. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a knack for analysing customer needs.
This is a rotational Graduate scheme in which you will be moved from customer services to another field that interests you, such as marketing or sales for example. This is a chance to join a growing business and chart your own course to get to wherever you want to be in a professional environment.
*Duties*
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat
- Assist customers with account inquiries and provide information on products
- Utilise our CRM to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable financial services solutions
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner
*Requirements*
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bachelor's Degree - any field
- Experience in a customer service role is advantageous
- Proficiency in analysing customer requirements to provide tailored solutions
- Familiarity with CRMs or similar customer management systems
Job Types: Full-time, Graduate
Pay: £18,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
