Customer Service Specialist - Call Centre
Gosport
FULL TIME & PART TIME

Please note you must have previous experience of working in a Call Centre.
10am - 14pm Monday to Friday - 1 in 3 Saturdays- 4 hours
1 Full time position - 1 in 3 Saturdays - 4 hours

Please note this postion is office based in Gosport United Kingdom. We are unable to assist with relocation.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
· Take front line inbound sales calls for vitamins and supplements inputting orders via NAV. We are part of the Healthspan Group, the UK's leading Vitamin company.
· Product Information – To take calls from Customer and offer expertise advice on our products.
· Customer Service Department – To offer advice along with replacing/Exchanging as required.
· Subscriptions – To set up repeat orders whilst ensuring the Customer is completely understanding of the procedure.
· Web Enquiries – To assist Customers whom are experiencing difficulty with our Website or ordering process.
· Outbound Calling – To contact Customers offering special offers to increase Business Revenue or complete surveys.
· Emails – To contact Customers via live chat or email
· Enablement to adapt to technological change of systems to satisfy business needs
· Upselling of Healthspan Group products when applicable
· Meeting Targets
The Individual
· Excellent knowledge of our products and services.
· Good level of written skills.
· Ability to work within a Team as well as an Individual.
· Accuracy and strong attention to detail.
· Exceptional Customer Service skills.
· The ability to Multi-Task.
· To motivate and assist other members of a team.
· Remain focused at all times.
· Have an excellent work ethic.
· Meet Call Coaching expectations
· Be a motivated individual who frequently meets and exceeds targets
