As the Deputy Head Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the impeccable standards of cleanliness and presentation that our guests have come to expect. Working closely with senior management and your dedicated team, you will ensure that every corner of our hotel reflects our high standards and unique style.

• Lead, motivate, and develop your housekeeping team to deliver outstanding service and maintain the hotel's high standards.
• Ensure all areas of the hotel are cleaned and maintained to the highest level, conducting regular inspections and addressing any issues promptly.
• Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and ordering supplies.
• Work alongside senior management to implement and uphold procedures and standards that enhance guest satisfaction.
• Identify training needs and provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure team members excel in their roles.

• Proven experience in a similar role within a high-end hotel or hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and manage a team effectively.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high standards.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while managing multiple tasks.
• Excellent customer service skills to ensure our guests have a flawless experience.
• Exceptional organisational and communication skills to manage operations smoothly.
