An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Development Scientist to join the Process Development team at Rawcliffe Bridge. The role will involve the development, optimisation and investigation of new & existing products and processes from lab to plant scale, as well providing technical support to other departments on and off site.

Essentials:
- You will be educated to degree level or equivalent in chemistry or a related discipline
- You will possess excellent laboratory skills
- You will be able to analyse problems critically
- You will be expected to show initiative in developing innovative and creative solutions to problems and projects
- You will have the confidence to challenge and amend existing working practices
- You will be able to manage multiple tasks and deliver against deadlines
- You will be able to work safely and unsupervised
- Attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to understand a wide range of chemistries, including organic chemistry
- Ability to draw meaningful and workable conclusions to projects
- Knowledge of analytical techniques and applications
