Digital Printer Operator / Print Finisher

The Role:
- Operate and maintain equipment
- Ensure the production of high-quality prints
- Monitor print jobs and adjust as necessary to enhance output
- Assess equipment issues / faults and perform routine maintenance tasks
- Work with the production team to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations
- Keeping a clean and tidy workspace at all times
- Completion of any relevant worksheets and accurate recording of KPI's
- To gain an understanding of the Management Information Systems and use them accurately to report back to the planning department.
- At least 1 year experience within a similar role, specifically within digital print or Print Finishing experience
- Have experience operating polar guillotine, folding (MBO, Stahl), stitching, laminating, creasing, pressure seal etc.
- Experience using Konica Mono 6272P, Konica Colour 14000C, Canon vario PRINT i X
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Can multi-task, prioritising their work where possible to meet demanding deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
