Job Title: Machine Setter
Shift Pattern:

• 3x 12-hour shifts per week
• Alternating between days and nights on a weekly basis
• Generous 7-week holiday allowance!

The Role
As a Machine Setter, you will:

• Set up and run machines to ensure maximum output during your shift.
• Operate various folding machines and manage different leaflet formats.
• Maintain high-quality standards, meeting departmental targets.
• Troubleshoot and offer practical solutions for machine or finishing issues as needed.

The Person
We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience operating or setting machines in a production/manufacturing environment (e.g., print, food, pharmaceutical, plastics).
• Is mechanically minded with good problem-solving skills.
• Is computer literate.
• Pays close attention to detail.
• Is flexible with overtime to cover absences and holidays.
