Position: Director of Projects
We are seeking a Director of Projects to lead our team of passionate professionals dedicated to providing best-in-class support to our clients. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving our mission forward by leading and developing client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of well-structured projects that exceed client expectations.
This position requires significant experience in the Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences industry and a proven ability to lead complex and multiple projects from concept to commissioning.
Expert leadership skills and the ability to develop and deliver compelling project strategies to ensure delivery of project milestones on time and within budget is essential.
In addition, the role holder is expected to make significant contributions setting business direction and strategy and driving business development discussions with clients to contribute to the overall growth of FPC Life Sciences
Qualifications & Experience:
- A minimum of 15 years’ industry experience in Project Management and Controls
- Proven track record of successfully delivering Capital projects within the Life Sciences industry
- A strong Architectural or Engineering discipline background along with experience running engineering/design projects in the Life Sciences industries
- Analytical thinking, structured problem solving skills
- Superior communications and interpersonal
- Experience in client management and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to effectively create, manage and motivate cross-functional teams
- Strong network within the Life Sciences /pharmaceutical industry
Location: This position is based in the UK but will require travel to client sites or other FPC Life Science locations globally as required.
