• Annual salary £25,720.50 rising to £26,500.50 after a probation period.

What would I be doing as an Enablement Support Worker (ETO) at Alabaré:

• You will have a case load of 6 clients to support.
• Work as part of a team being responsible to your Line Manager.
• To carry out the client referral and interview process.
• To carry out the regular risk assessment and management plans.
• To implement and monitor client support plans.
• To ensure that service users are made aware of and understand their rights and responsibilities.
• To liaise with statutory and voluntary agencies.
• Contribute to the protection of service users.
• To maintain service user confidentiality.
• To ensure service users are treated with respect and dignity.
• To maintain all necessary records in accordance with service policy.
• To promptly prepare bedrooms for re let.
• Monitor and provide practical support to service users.

Alabaré are committed to ensuring the wellbeing and safety of all our service users, this includes developing, implementing and maintaining effective recruitment policies and procedures to promote the safeguarding of children, young people and vulnerable adults. Before commencing employment, the HR Department undertakes pre-employment checks on all applicants who have been offered a job with the Charity. These checks include an Enhanced DBS, which will be renewed every 3 years, the right to live and work in the UK, as well as two satisfactory references.
All staff will be required to complete training on Safeguarding Adults and Young People within their first week of employment.
