Pinnacle Group is seeking a dedicated Estate Cleaner - to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our communities. You will be joining our Facilities Cleaning Team based in Bromley By Bow

Your role will involve general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste management of an esate basd in Bromley By Bow. You will be cleaning intenal and external communal areas of an residential estate.
You will be reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellence. If you take pride in your work and have a passion for creating clean, safe spaces, we encourage you to apply.
This is a fixed term contract starting on 26th August and ending on 6th October. This is a full time role working from 7AM - 3PM Monday - Friday.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Damp mopping, washing surfaces, sweeping and vacuuming
• Cleaning toilets facilities, washrooms
• Cleaning of the kitchens and dining areas
• Carpet Cleaning – using carpet cleaning machine
• Cleaning in communal living areas (stairs & landings)

Key requirements:

• Good timekeeping and attendance are both essential.
• Knowledge of COSHH and Health and Safety
• Able to use and operate Carpet Cleaning equipment
• You will need to evidence your honesty and reliability and always maintain a sense of pride in your professionalism in delivering excellent customer service
