Join Our Team as a Seafreight Export Operator in Birmingham!
We’re looking for a dynamic Seafreight Export Operator to join our Birmingham team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the seamless journey of cargo from collection to delivery, coordinating with shippers and carriers to make it all happen. You’ll take charge of managing export logistics, ensuring everything runs smoothly while keeping costs on track and ensuring goods are efficiently cleared for export. What you will be doing as Seafreight Export Operator

• To efficiently and accurately operate all owned Seafreight import / export files.
• To be responsible for proactive communication both internally and externally, providing updates for agents, customers, Customer Service and Business Development managers through phone and email.
• To respond in a timely manner to challenges or concerns from stakeholders within the required turnaround time.
• To ensure problematic tasks that are held for any reason are rectified in a timely manner.
• Manage and arrange customs clearance and delivery booking processes for import files.
• Ensure that excellent and consistent service levels are always met.
