Pinnacle Group is looking for dedicated Factory Cleaners to maintain high standards of cleanliness at our manufacturing site. You will be joining our Specialist Industrial Cleaning Team based in Rocester ST14.
Your role will be to handle the overall day-to-day management of the cleaning operation on-site in a safe, efficient and professional manner, including cleaning of industrial equipment, floors, and work areas, as well as handling specialised cleaning tasks.
You will need to be detail-oriented, physically fit, and capable of working with heavy-duty cleaning equipment and chemicals.
This is a Full-Time Permanent Role working 7am – 4pm Monday to Friday. If you take pride in maintaining a safe and clean environment and have experience in industrial cleaning, we would love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning of Paint booths / Welding / Shot blast areas this will involve; jet washing, confined space cleaning and other specialist cleaning
• Operate industrial cleaning equipment and materials including Dry Ice Blaster in accordance with health and safety and COSHH regulations.
• Waste management – collection, transportation, and storage of waste for both internal and external areas.
• Ensure stores and equipment are kept secure and in accordance with health and safety requirements.

Key requirements:

• Experience with working to tight schedules
• Physically fit, and capable of working with industrial cleaning equipment and chemicals
• High-Level deep Cleaning (working at height)
• Able to work in Confined Spaces
