London
FULL TIME

Who Are We?
TOKONEY is a dynamic tech start-up revolutionizing the transport and storage of high-value art worldwide, making it more efficient, cost-effective, and sustainable. Every artwork and exhibition we handle is unique, requiring bespoke services from specialized vendors. These vendors, often offline and city-specific, are our trusted partners. However, managing global logistics through them can be time-consuming and costly for our customers who operate internationally. That’s where TOKONEY comes in—we simplify this complex process with innovative technology and exceptional customer service.
Our diverse clientele includes art galleries, antique dealers, auction houses, online platforms, and interior designers. The work is intricate and multifaceted, but that’s what drives us. As problem solvers, we thrive on making challenging global operations seamless.
We’re at an exciting growth stage, having secured investment, including a prestigious UK Government grant, positioning us in the top 2% of UK innovation companies. Joining us now means immense potential to grow alongside the company.
Your Role
We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Fine Art Shipping Coordinator to join our expanding team. You’ll be the primary point of contact for our global clients—spanning the UK, Europe, US, and Asia—managing their shipping, storage, and exhibition logistics needs. Every day will bring new challenges, keeping you engaged and on your toes!
You'll manage complex shipping logistics, working closely with first and last-mile vendors, freight forwarders, and overseeing international import and export customs procedures and documentation. Your role is critical in ensuring that every shipment meets the highest standards of care and efficiency.
