Job Title: Fulfilment Manager

We are currently looking for a Fulfilment Manager to join a leading Customer Communications services company based in Rotherham. As the DM Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of a dedicated mailroom facility, handling low volume outbound mailing activities. This role offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment where your expertise will be crucial in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of time-critical, confidential correspondence.
The DMC is a busy environment dealing with time critical, confidential correspondence for multiple UK and offshore customer service teams within the client's business. It operates a range of commercial photocopier devices using predominantly manual fulfilment supported by low volume envelope enclosing equipment.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the DM Manager will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. Overseeing all aspects of the letter fulfilment process, utilising software such as DOCQ watch.
2. Ensuring efficient and meticulous processing of sensitive data files within a secure client network.
3. Managing the delivery of exceptional customer service, providing reliable, consistent, and professional communication for day-to-day queries and service escalations.
4. Proactively managing the fulfilment team to consistently deliver a high level of quality, including resource planning, staff recruitment, appraisals, and onboarding.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the DMC Manager, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Proven experience as a Direct Mail Manager or Fulfilment Manager
2. Proven industry experience in document management, print or a similar environment.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with commercial photocopier devices and manual fulfilment processes.
