Onestream is on the hunt for a legendary Fulfilment Team Leader to join our awesome team. As a Fulfilment Team Leader, you'll be responsible for ensuring the efficient running of the Fulfilment function of the business, ensuring stock levels cover our customer orders, balancing dispatching hardware, booking in hardware, reporting and other tasks.

The Details:

• Fully office based with our fun and vibrant team in Whiteley, Hampshire (near Solent Hotel)
• Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm (occasional Saturdays as required)
• 29 days per year inclusive of Bank Holidays, PLUS additional leave for late starts, early finishes, long lunches, appointments
• £27,000 per annum salary

Here's What You'll Conquer:

• Leading and Managing the Fulfilment team, getting best out of the team whilst setting a positive example
• Configuring broadband equipment and other ISP services for shipping to customers
• Coordinating with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of equipment
• Managing inventory levels and ensuring sufficient stock levels are maintained
• Analysing and anticipating required stock levels
• Communicating with customers to provide tracking information and updates on delivery status
• Handling customer inquiries and issues related to shipping and delivery
• Ensuring all orders are processed and shipped in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Creating reports and analysing data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the fulfilment process

The successful candidate will have:

• At least 1 year's experience in a fulfilment or logistics role
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• A strong attention to detail and accuracy
• The ability to confidently work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and prioritise tasks accordingly
• Strong problem solving skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 package
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• A methodical approach and strong organisational skills
