Honey & Smoke is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie / Grill chef to join our team.
45-47 hours per week (x5 shifts each 9 hours - no doubles!)

• Have previous experience on a grill (but not a deal breaker)
• Be hard-working and efficient with a strong eye for organisation and detail

Honey & Smoke is a Middle Eastern restaurant group in the heart of Fitzrovia, run by chefs Sarit Packer and Itamar Srulovich.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working Chef de Partie to join our lively kitchen team. In this role there’s real opportunity for further growth and career progression. Currently we have two buzzing restaurants, a thriving deli, and an event catering business.
Our kitchens are exciting and lively places to work! You will be producing beautiful food using the best seasonal produce that we can get our hands on. The work is varied, fun and rewarding, with lots of opportunity to further develop your skills.
The role is perfect for someone wanting to gain experience in cooking with fire ! Or equally someone wanting to carry on their passion with cooking with fire in a different location.
We are offering the successful Chefs:

• Full-time position, five days a week
• Every Sunday off & another changing day during the week
