We are looking for a skilled Guillotine Operator to enhance our dynamic team in Leeds.
Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain guillotine cutting machines to ensure precise cuts according to specifications.
• Monitor the cutting process to meet quality standards and production schedules.
• Conduct regular machine checks and perform maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Shift Patterns:

• Earlies: 6:00 AM - 1:30 PM
• Lates: 1:30 PM - 9:00 PM
• Early finish on Fridays!

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Guillotine Operator or in a similar role within the printing industry.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Knowledge of cutting machines and their maintenance is essential.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Flexibility to work different shifts as required.
