Key Job Accountabilities

• Maintaining general appearance, tidiness & presentation of the reception desk
• Actively sell all memberships, courses & other products
• Have exceptional knowledge of the services & facilities that we offer
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and administrative skill
• Impeccable appearance and a passion for delivering excellent service
• Must have strong written and spoken English skills
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Cleaning duties
• Tours
• Assist with general club related duties
• Facility upkeep - Keep the facility tidy and maintain the equipment in optimal condition.
