This is a role of heading a management team on the beautiful sea front in Weymouth. With 77 bedrooms, a restaurant / bar with up to 150 covers and a Spa still within its first year. The potential is huge with the right leader.
The nice thing is that as an independent hotel there are not lots of steps to get permission to make changes and the owner is open minded, wanting to continue to push the business forward.
We are looking for someone with the determination to drive the business forward. With experience on bookings and revenue, marketing and good time management to incenicise the team.
