Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and reliable Hotel Night Supervisor to oversee the night operations of our hotel.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent guest experiences, efficient hotel operations during the night at WA Hotel in Warwickshire.
Please note that this role is currently on a part-time basis.
The main job responsibilities include:
- Processing a night audit and end of day procedures to present a daily revenue report to the Front of House Manager and Managing Director.
- Handling front office duties including, checking in guests, managing requests and answering telephone phone calls.
- Supervising the hotel premises during the night.
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the hotel including a basic clean of public areas.
- Assisting other departments with additional responsibilities to ensure a smooth hotel operation. This will include assisting with Restaurant team with breakfast set-up.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in hotel management or night shift experience within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.

Pay: From £25,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
